wanderaislePrivacy policy
Wanderaisle is a simulated shopping mall: you browse fictional stores and “buy” with virtual dollars (v$). Nothing is sold for real money. The app and this website are operated by Indev Services LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the Wanderaisle app or website, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect

The app also stores a few things on your device only: a copy of the store catalog (so the mall opens quickly), your shopping cart and your sign-in session.
We do not collect payment card details, precise location, contacts, photos or government IDs. The app currently contains no third-party analytics or advertising software. If that changes, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How we use it
- To provide the game: your wallet, orders, deliveries and collection.
- To sign you in with a one-time code when you add or use an email address.
- To send order confirmations and delivery notices, unless you turn them off in Profile.
- To send news and offers only if you opt in. You can opt out at any time in Profile or from the email.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted (cross-context behavioural) advertising. We share it only with service providers that run parts of Wanderaisle for us and may use it only for that purpose:
- Supabase: database and sign-in.
- Postmark (ActiveCampaign): sending emails.
- Amazon Web Services: hosting product images and this website.
- Zoho: our support mailbox, if you email us.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect people’s safety or our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business (in which case this policy continues to apply).
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account exists. When you delete your account, it is removed from our database straight away. Copies in backups are replaced within 30 days, and email delivery records are removed automatically by our email provider after a limited period. We keep information longer only where the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
- Emails: turn order emails and news on or off in the app under Profile.
- Delete: delete your account in the app under Profile, or see how to delete your account.
- Access and correction: email us to get a copy of your data or to correct it.
Depending on where you live (for example California, other US states, the UK or the EU), you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete or move your personal information, and to object to or limit some uses. Email support@wanderaisle.com to use them. We may need to confirm the request comes from you, we will reply within the time the law requires, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.
Children
Wanderaisle is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us an email address, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access to it is restricted, and wallet changes can only be made by the game’s server-side rules. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Where it is processed
Wanderaisle is run from the United States, and our service providers store and process data in the United States. By using Wanderaisle from elsewhere, you understand that your information will be processed there.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
